Bentway, why do you get suckered in by those people on Res. RE? I guarantee you the majority of those people did not vote for Obama. I don't care what they told you. And if Patron is a Dem, he's the bluest of the blue dogs.

Furthermore, they don't know real estate very well.......I don't care what they do in that field.......sell, invest or manage.....or what they tell you. As far as I can tell, they are permabears.

I would not take your cue from them.
