Bill.: "controlled cloning" - lets hope it happens IBM blew it with a superior PS/2 MCA bus when it required users to throw away their (non-IBM) ISA bus add on boards . Senor Jobs' NeXT Cube H/W , a superior system , didn't fly because it was non-standard . But Jobs , now with a INTC & PowerPC OS (Rhapsody), has a chance to make AAPL licensed cloning under CHRP very profitable . 1st step hopefully will be field assembly of AAPL systems ??? Jim K.
