They helped me to time when to sell my house in S. Cal. I got 5X mortgage value! Even at the very top of the bubble I'd have only gotten 6x, so, it was a great call. Not to mention all the stock tips I've gotten there that paid off. What I want for my house is more than many better houses in my area that are being short sold, sold as foreclosures and sold in distress sales. Not a good time to sell a house. Dissing people who oppose you politically isn't going to help your bottom line Ted. Many of them are much more knowledgeable than you, or me, about certain things. Do you still think we're in an economic recovery, with unemployment rising to 9.8%? I don't. I think Obama is just barely keeping the shit from hitting the fan. But, I think with the (R)'s we'd be deep in the Greatest Depression right now.
