Not too sharp, Ted. Maybe if you'd been listening to the people on that thread, you'd have rented for a while. But then, Seattle's doing much better than most of the country. Houses in SC are even more of a bargain now than they were when I wanted to move there. Southern rednecks don't bother me Ted - I don't fear them.
