Smart move. Purging the pesky small shareholders will make it easier to attract a good merger candidate. As of June 30, the company was sitting on approximately 21.9 million in working capital, equal to $2.17 per year. Unfortunately, the company is burning through $250,000 to $300,000 per quarter. They have already filed the preliminary proxy materials: sec.gov
