This upturn was not "invented" by WS - and that seems to be perhaps one of the problems.
One would think a contrarian view would eventually have gained footing - WRONG. Not at all.
S & Peee has $29 target for NVLS while projecting earnings of
$ 3.45 - ASML was downgraded because no near term catalyst.
