Charles, How do you slay a rumor?, you check it out. Hearsay is hearsay, no matter how many sheep are in the herd. It matters not that 10,000 have made that leap of faith before me. I want a sure thing. We are farther from it as the market assesses things and sets the price accordingly. This price fall does not seem to be shorts, but it could just be wary people hedging their bets and trying other stocks.

It is easy to blame shorty. How do you prove it. Why not get IPM to declare their stock non marginable, and thus none could be borrowed without express permission. In addition ask any who have fully paid stock in an account that is a legal margin account to move it into a non margin account, as even fully paid stock can be lent from a margin signature account without and loans out and without any permission other than the initial signature. I am sure many would be surprised to find this out, that when they opened the account they signed a form that allowed the broker to lend out stock in their account even if they had nothing margined.
It must be in a csah trading account with no margin privileges allowed for any stock to be immune from this secret short support mechanism that brokers can use against the stock. To minimize shorts please spread this word(if you have not already)
