Hottest temps on record globally this year per NOAA & NASA. Uh huh. So for that record to hold we can't really have many days at or below normal [like we haven't had plenty of that this year already], right? From TWC online... Northeast - Temperatures will vary from near average to as much as 10 degrees below average. Midwest - Temperatures will vary from slightly below average in the eastern Ohio Valley to between... [LOL! TWC on cable is predicting near record lows throughout the area tonight]. West - There will be a strong temperature contrast across the West. Temperatures will vary from between 5 and 20 degrees below average in the Northwest to near 6 degrees above average in the Desert Southwest....
