re CADC - the "contractual agreement" means that CADC does not own "Xi Aon" outright - they own a contract that CADC management claims is equivalent of owning it. My view is that those type of contracts with Chinese entities (no reason is given why the ownership is structured this way) is a potential cause for problems Also note the extremely convoluted ownership structure with many layers between the Chinese operating subsidy and the US holding shell is highly suspicious. A PE of 3 does not matter if all the numbers are made up. See CSKI or CHBT for the most recent example what can happen to chinese microcaps. citronresearch.com
