(09-02) 19:24 PDT OAKLAND -- The political moment that eager California Democrats and some curious Republicans have been waiting for has arrived: Jerry Brown has begun a visible campaign for governor.

I didn't know either candidate very well but the more I find out about Whitman, the less I like. I hope CA voters will feel the same way.
