When the Bush Administration tried to bring control to Fannie and Freddie the Dems played the race card. Rather than defend the nation - the Bush Administration folded like a cheap suit to the power of the race card. Bush never seemed to follow through on thinks that eventually tarred him as a failure. He did not veto congressional spending and on Fannie and Freddie - he yielded to the intimidation of the race card. As a result of the ruin Bush is damned and Frank and Dodd have legislation named after them. There is some justice - Maxine has been called to account. youtube.com
