Re: "No reversal or conflict at all, just a reasonable examination of the role of wind power" He a blind person can easily see that he tried to argue both sides against the middle: Stating that one should only COMPARE WIND GENERATION to 'peaking use' GAS-FIRED GENERATION (and not to base-line-use coal generation ever) and THEN, in the very NEXT SENTENCE going right ahead and claiming to be comparing it to coal-fired generation is a silly and totally obvious and transparent reversal! He disagrees with his OWN STATEMENT!
