It was only a 20 yr credit bubble in 2000 and nowhere near what happened from 2002-06. Actually if the economy was even a little better Gore would have won and history would be very different anyway... A testament to the stock market cleaning out all the speculation look here at JDSU, a poster child that all investors from the bubble lost total interest in. These days everyone talks about the credit/housing bubbles/politics...
