I disagree. The car dealing part of our economy was at risk of going the route of the passenger pidgeon. NO ONE was buying new cars. CfC helped to avert that.

As a bonus, it got many old, gas sucking, polluting vehicles off the road, and replaced them with safer, higher mileage vehicles.
