I got a PM from a trusted friend that told me.

The people from the DEC are giving up their vacations and working overtime for nothing. Just to help get this started. Some are taking money from the kids collage accounts to get into this. One said, when he told his 90 year old grandmother about it she became so excited that she was able to walk again. But on the not so good side, one of the DEC who did do a back flip hit his head on the bleacher and broke his neck. Look like some just need to keep it under control.
