Because America's CEO's are hiding under the bed and whining for a return to the Bush-Cheney days when they didn't have to play by any rules. Exactly. Eventually a few bold managers should step up and seize the opportunities that the other little crybabies don't have the balls to pursue at the bottom of the business cycle. Nope. They are waiting for the Rs to take back Congress. Its up to us to disappoint them. ;-)
