Apparently, cloud computing is hot....why isn't there more hiring? The tech companies are stockpiling cash... employees cost cash. Maybe it's fear of a double dip recession. BTW, how many double dip recessions have there been? In my 60 years I think there was one... but I couldn't even guarantee that. But it's got a good ring (and fear element to it).... "double dip recession".
