I doubt them. Sorry, your "facts" just don't make much sense. I see CFC as a successful program, one that helped car dealerships and the auto maker's themselves SURVIVE, trash-talked by (R)'s and other Obama opponents. But, what else is new? Plus, it had the additional effect of removing hundreds of thousands of older, inefficient, polluting cars from the roads.
