(Heritage, Alliance for Progress, etc., etc.... I'll be able to form an actual OPINION about 'whether puppet or not' only after I get a look at a couple of their annual budgets for the past decade or so.... PS --- I hear the brothers had a big falling out with CATO, CATO wasn't obsequious enough to them I hear... so CATO's Kock funding has dropped off precipitously. Heritage and Reason and W.T. and others still going strong though!)
