Jered Weaver 11-11 0 189.0 51 205 3.14 1.11 .222 Awful run support in 4 straight losses
Francisco Liriano 13-7 0 172.1 52 182 3.24 1.24 .247 7-0 since mid-July; 0-4 before that
Jon Lester 16-8 2 182.0 68 196 3.26 1.19 .224 Disastrous start vs Toronto August 20
Cliff Lee 10-8 7 184.1 9 118 3.37 1.03 .247 1-3 since joining the Rangers
Matt Garza 14-7 3 176.2 54 133 3.46 1.18 .235 Excellent since loss to Yanks July 31

C.J. Wilson and Matt Garza replace Andy Pettitte, Jeff Niemann, and Jason Vargas on this list.

Two months ago this was David Price's award to lose, and one month ago it was Cliff Lee's. Now it looks like Felix Hernandez is in the driver's seat, though not as decisively as earlier leaders.

On this list, only Felix Hernandez and Jon Lester have been truly effective against the Yankees in 2010. Lester's Red Sox are 2-1, while Felix' otherwise dreadful Mariners are 3-0; Felix has a dumbfounding 0.35 ERA against the Yanks this year.
