Islamists have tortured Christian converts, burned Christian symbols, and mocked Christianity for centuries. In recent times, the "civilized" world has turned its back and did the "Christian" thing and forgave. Even our Great Leader has essentially said that the United States needs to take the moral high ground, even if that means compromising our security and that of our allies. We won't even impose draconian sanctions on these blowhards in fear of somehow offending them. What has that gotten us? Further radicalization, more terrorist acts, threats to our energy supplies, a nuclear Iran. Perhaps it's time for the world to no longer turn the other cheek.
