To prepare for these efforts, JBI has recently acquired a fuel-blending facility in Thorold, which will house the first processor in Canada. The site enables the company to blend fuel from the P2O processors with additives to make gasoline and diesel that can be sold at the pump.

"The fuel from the blending site will be sold to industrial sources first because they are supplying us with great plastic and wish to purchase the fuel for their own trucks. We intend to use the blending site to sell fuel to independent gas stations in Q4 this year," says Bordynuik.

We were right again! JBII's plan is to market the refined product from the blending site directly to gas stations, not the raw P2O output to refineries (as has been promised by every JBII promoter for over a year). Seriously, who didn't predict this? More delays, permits, taxes in two countries, etc, instead of immediate 90% profit return. Nope, no obvious scam being perpetrated here! Would anyone care to wager that Honest John sets it up such that the P2O output is "sold" to the fuel-blending site?

Say, if the fuel-blending site is also going to house a P2O machine and marketing P2O output directly to refineries is no longer the plan, why even bother with the NYDEC air permit in the first place? Oh I remember: environmental permits are much tougher in Canada and Honest John begins drawing his $180k/yr salary upon issuance of any air permit (not revenue generation).
