I can't find out much about him, except that he has no use for Vitter. He's one of 10 or candidates running independant campaigns there. he did have this to say about the dem candidate: ---Spears said he wasn't interested in fighting Melancon. The two men sat next to each other during a forum in New Orleans on Tuesday, which Spears described as a "pleasant experience."
