Interesting. I've heard there are 15-20 HP reps who have sales
quotas only on Openview. Vertel gets a piece of every sale. The
royalties are lower than Vertel reps direct sales but Vertel only
has 10 reps. So in the last few months Vertel has increased their
sales force without increasing expenses.

We should see lots more sale activity from now on once the joint
HP/Vertel product ships.
