As Recovery Boosts Big Banks, Smaller Lenders Are Still Struggling

I wonder how universally that's true. I listened to the CC for HBAN and it seems to be doing better; RF not as much while SNV is still suffering. Having said that, all three are well capitalized. These days I think the condition of a bank is more dependent on its mgmt and its local economy.
