Actually it's not a money amount issue, it's the types of accounts I trade...retirement accounts and Corporate. Nothing personal, it's our family business and Trusts. I hold nothing in my personal name, not even a checking account. I use a Family Trust as a "so called" personal account and all my assets are spread out between the Trusts and my Corporations and incorporated in States that do not report corp owners and no one suing will be able to locate. I will never say never, but extremely hard.

So my situation is quite complicated. I have owned and sold many businesses over the years to leave myself or my wife exposed personally. I was sued about 15-17 yrs ago and it was bulletproof. Settled the judgement for about $3k (+$5000 or so Attorney fees) on a $150K suit against 1 of my Companies that I later sold for a large sum and is traded as Mobilemini on the stock exchange (don't remember the ticker symbol and don't really care). Enough said on that! :-)
