I'm just a small investor who hapenned to smell something fishy about Delgratia because I had been burned by Terry Alexander as an investor in Arakis Energy. "Prehaps you could haved saved alot of people alot of money" Perhaps I could have. But I did not know Delgratia was a scam. All I knew was that I didn't trust Terry Alexander. I said so, and went on. I also don't know that IPM is not a scam. I strongly believe it is not, but I can't prove it. On the other hand, Charters doesn't know that it is. But he has no problem saying that it is over and over again.
