No I'm not assuming conclusions, I'm laying out premises that logically lead to the conclusion, you might think that I incorrectly assume one or more of my premises which is why I invited you to directly state which ones you object to but I'm still waiting for you do to so.

That is neither logical, nor does it work in any real world application. There you need the financial and economic DETAILS to put into any specific business case.

After you establish that its a reasonably possibility as a business case, then you plug in projected dollars and see if it really works. You don't need to plug in dollars to tell that our transportation needs can't be met by riding pink unicorns, or even with real world items, like the idea that we can save a lot of gasoline by replacing cars with horses.

If you present a real world business case where wind power can be used for base energy supply, then we can analyze it in dollars and cents. Similarly if you present a real world business case where wind power can be used as peaking energy, then we can analyze that in dollars and cents. I'm pointing out there is no way it can meet either need. Its not a dollars and cents thing, its a basic impossibility for wind power whatever the cost of the wind mills. They physically don't do what we need them to do, just as horses physical don't have the qualities we need to deal with modern transportation needs.
