Warning: This is a real estate post.

The broker/agent at one of the big and better Vegas high rises tells me that the units are selling very well and there are NO price reductions since April. This is interesting to me, as I figured after the housing credit expired, we would see a meaningful reduction.

They would not give me the closing log on this request (they did last time and that was great data), so I can't confirm if prices are sticky.
