There were obviously many contributing factors over the years
But during bush's term the calamity became a certainty to the armchair economists
So why did bush not only put on the blinders, but pour on the fuel? Where were his advisors?
The answer was he was firing everyone that didn't paint a rosy scenario and hurt the omnipotent image the sociopath craved.
