FOX news tells me Barney Frank and Chris Dodd caused the entire housing/credit armageddon...now it is confirmed as they must have really taken over in 2003 just as the economy was really getting juiced with toxic no qualify 1% option ARM's to support the unbelievable 20-30% annual appreciation we suddenly were experiencing soon after 9/11
