Thanks for the tips on getting savvy.

Then again, if a person has put in almost five years tracking pricing in a half dozen zips of interest, that person may have a pretty good idea about value based on square footage, HOA, hidden costs, future repairs, limits on modification, security.

That person may have even checked out who the renters are and maybe that person decided that professional poker players and girls for hire are perhaps not the best neighbors.

But I hear ya and getting savvy is good.
