Yah yanking my chain Z....folks today want to zillow or get the latest press release or those sacred Case Shiller numbers..either become a real expert or leave it to the pros.. I still think so few get what the real important factors are to find distressed deals either..it has turned into what storm chasers hunting down tornadoes do in this fast and furious internet age..lol please,please I also want more foreclosures, more competitors tapped out as their HELOC's are cut, prices dropping a little more in a dead market as even more competitors drop out and don't know when to cut and reload...
