Peter,
I bought PPS at 36-1/4 on 11/3 and sold 1/2 at 37-1/16. I was pleasantly surpised to see it up on Friday. I expect it to run towards 40 by the dividend date, but some of the higher FFO multiple REIT's are having a hard time to test the highs.

FFA held the 24-1/2 very well and should be extremely strong at that price. BED had similar action and CBL was under strong accumulation on Friday. GTA seems to be in strong hands too now.

UDR, HIW, MAC, AAH, SIZ, AML are all going ex soon and should try to sell off to new lows. The ones that don't sell off, should be great accumulation candidates. All except AAH have excellent fundamentals, and last time AAH was this cheap, EQR bought a lot of shares and sold them for 3$ more.

Richard
