Perhaps HQS and other company managements believe in the value of their renminbi, and they see issuance stock shares as modern equivalent of the railroad tycoon in the late 19th century who diluted and defrauded shareholders by just running a printing press to print up more and more certificates. Perhaps these Chinese managements believe they can get or control more and more of the real thing, renminbi, by just issuing more and more stock shares - stock shares having no real value to them because they can issue as many as they want when they want.

I still have much of my losing HQS position because of the cash per share position now. But I'm doubtful any good will come from this.
