Tunica,

The reason I haven't responded to you is that I frankly don't CARE what you think or believe. Since your MO is to intentionally ridicule and discredit anyone who challenges you, I now rarely waste my time by reading through or responding to the trash and twisted verse you post and regard as being 'relevant information' or pithy insight.

That you consider yourself the grand arbiter of qualifications and competence on this board amuses me to no end. You're the same rheumy-eyed doddering 'urologist' who's clueless about FDA protocol and posts AS FACT some fictional 'Viagra advertisement' made up as a joke on the Pfizer board. Also tell me again about amiodarone being a 'phosphodiesterase inhibitor'. I could go on but this is a pointless and tiresome exercise. EVERYONE here makes mistakes Tunica, but only you seem to make an issue out of it. Look in the mirror first before you sit in judgement of others.

Finally, I'll go further and explain exactly what I meant in Post #1262. I contend that the entire ED population is actually 2.5 million instead of the 20 million number to be promoted by Vivus based on an evalution of the diabetic data (this is what I meant to say. I confess my sin). If there are roughly 8 million men in the U.S. with diabetes mellitus and 90% suffer from Type II diabetes, studies show that about 13% of those or roughly 800,000 men are impotent. Since the AUA and the ADA both claim that diabetics make up 25% of men who suffer from impotence, the ENTIRE population of men suffering from ED should be around 2.5 million! Do you follow me, Tunica? You probably look at the data from the Mass. Male Aging Study which promotes very big numbers but let's see if you can reconcile this discrepancy, doctor.

Lastly Tunica, you're a coward. I offered you an opportunity to settle this like a man but you haven't the cojones. Frankly, I'm surprised you were able to father any children. I await your clever and predictable retort.
