"having said that, though, it is the elites that have gamed the system" O.k., but just who are these "elites"? Can you name them? Shouldn't Warren Buffet and Bill Gates be among them as they are among the wealthiest people on earth? What about very powerful "elite" Socialists like George Soros, and somewhat pink Ted Turner? Please let me know by name who these terrible "elites" are, so I can throw rocks at them. VP in AZ
