That is good news. If you are healing that fast (oh......forgot........ankle elevated above heart)........then you most likely have a stage 1 sprain. Those heal fairly quickly, but you still need to baby it. No 4-5 mile hikes for you for awhile. I wish we had a doctor on the thread.
