I don't think any sane person or sane company would fund Nextwave. There are better alternatives. They can never get out from under the gigantic mound of debt they've created for themselves. Just my opinion. Why is this a better bet for a foreign investor than Omnipoint, Aerial, Powertel, or even Nextel??? I think the answer is that it is not but I am willing to listen to other ideas on the subject.
