Staar looks like a solid company. I have read, however, that Mentor and Allergan have introduced products similar to Staar's implantable corrective lens. Mentor has recently been approved by the FDA. Knowing that the first to market often wins and keeps the greatest marketshare, how will Staar compete with the competition and deal with their lead. What is their competitive advantage?
