What percentage of the Android market do these "reluctant" buyers represent?<< I agree that a lot of people who have bought Android phones have done so because they couldn't get the iPhone on Verizon, or Sprint, or T-Mobile. And clearly, a lot of people would buy iPhones instead if they could have. But even if the iPhone were to become available on all carriers tomorrow, Android would continue to find a market. It's growth might slow a little bit, but it wouldn't stop.
