Rob and all, I've lurked a bit here, and recently saw this: stockdetective.com "U.S. Data and Wireless - OTCBB: USWDA - Another perennial underperformer and Nasdaq reject, USWDA just hired a well-known stock promoter to tell the world that sunny days are just around the corner. According to recent SEC filings, promoter John Liviakis and others stand to receive over 5 million shares of USWDA stock - more than 100% of the company's current outstanding common shares - and now worth over $30 million. Shares were issued to Liviakis, et. al. for investor relations services and for an investment of $500,000, or about 10 cents per share! That's not bad work if you can get it. About the same time the Liviakis deal was inked, shares of bedraggled USWDA exploded from 1/8 to 8 3/4 even as the company was vacating its headquarters building due to foreclosure." Old news? Eric
