Yes, the university would NOT want to challenge any particular ideology or thinking. A university's intellectual job is to accept without question any dogma of a superstitious type. Thinking and expressing ideas is NOT part of a modern university's brief. Their job is to get money from tax payers and distribute it among those with sinecures. <"The university is obviously extremely, extremely unhappy and disappointed that this sort of incident should occur," Queensland University of Technology vice-chancellor Peter Coaldrake said. > Also, and more truthfully, the university does not want to have scimitar-wielding Moslems rampaging around hacking everyone to pieces. Appeasing Hitler's panzer blitzkrieg didn't work and bowing down to sharia law won't work any better. If said person had merely made fun of Christianity, there would have been no problem. In fact, it would have been considered the height of intellectual challenge. Like "Virgin in a Condom". How about an artiste creating Mohammed in a Condom, or maybe putting a model of Muhamad with the Virgin Mary model inside the same condom? I should copyright that one. A university art department could study it and their students spend years pondering the depth of meaning. Mqurice
