The recession BEGAN in fourth quarter of 2007, and the financial crisis accelerated all the way through 2008 (air leaking out of the monstrously over-stretched real estate bubble) until it precipitated to the down-side with the GLOBAL Financial Crash of Fall 2008.... What, do you imagine that investors had a one-way time machine or something? LOL.
