It is absolutely horrible what this society has done to Blacks. I don't find them to be innocent, although many are. They've been manipulated into believing they can't survive without a hand out from the man. The one thing I learned about and was shocked into understanding after Katrina is that some faction/force/entity/power put the Black community of NO into a box/ghetto. I'm not sure if this statistic is correct, but I read somewhere that 70% of the people of NO were on some kind of welfare. If this is not a planned ghetto, I don't know what is. I mostly blame their leaders, but the people themselves are also partially to blame for allowing that to happen. I would really, really love it if people of color would just talk to me/us/other people of color (including beige/white) so this thing could be hashed out. JMHO
