I don't think the majority of conservatives believe that the majority of Black people are crack addicts.

Neither do I, nor did I say so.

The point I would make is that a disproportionate number of Blacks abuse illicit drugs, as compared to Whites. That's a fact according to the FBI's annual Uniform Crime Index.
