Nothing out of the usual from what I saw...vote for the directors, more options, an employee stock purchase plan, and those wacky accountants at Ernst and Young. Yawn. FYI, just received an e-mail from StockSmart. They're opening up a new enhanced site called StockSmartPro. The cost is 12.95 a month, but they'll give you a five day free trial.
