Target is kind of like a high end Walmart or K-Mart.
You can actually find stuff with some quality and aesthetics there and while the prices aren't as low as the other two mentioned stores, they are usually reasonable and most stuff wouldnt rust out or fall apart as fast as junk from those other stores.

Just my two cents from the peanut gallery.
