Nekka, what the data tells us is that Blacks were arrested for drug abuse violations at about 3.18 times the rate that Whites were arrested, in 2009. Previous reports from early years yield the same conclusion, without exception.
The disparity is largely a function of intelligence. Since intelligence is largely genetic, only limited improvements are possible.
Genetics control intelligence, intelligence determines behavior, and behavior affects outcomes.
Intelligence cannot be taught.
Large numbers of people with low intelligence are a tremendous burden to society. People with low intelligence exist in all races and ethnicities, but the Black demographic contains, by far, the highest proportion of people with low intelligence.
That is why every social metric in existence, without exception, clearly shows that Blacks, as a group, produce the greatest burdens on society, by far.
Asserting the truth of this issue, or facing it, does not mean that one hates Black people.
Rushton and Jensen authored an excellent peer-reviewed, published paper on the subject...
