Bp1, I am not a physician (nor could I care less who is), but it seems to me that 800K is 25% of 3.2M rather than 2.5M

If we assume that TA's figures are correct and say that 50% of 7M male diabetics suffer from ED, that would give us a total of 3.5M. If you are correct that this represents 25% of the total, then we are looking at a total of about 14M, considerably higher than your figure, but somewhat less than the 20M figure I read that VVUS claims.
